Texture Bundles Shipped from Vietnam: 3–5 business days

All Other Orders (U.S. Fulfillment): 7–10 business days

Certain texture bundles are shipped directly from our vendor in Vietnam. These items will arrive faster, typically within 3–5 business days. All other orders will be shipped from our U.S. location and may take 7–10 business days for delivery.

Product-specific shipping times will be clearly listed in each item’s description for your convenience.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address submissions.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Order Cancellations & Refunds:
We gladly honor refund requests for orders that have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returns:
Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on hair that has been used, worn, or tampered with. This includes hair that has been washed, installed, colored, brushed out, or altered in any way.

If you believe your situation requires special attention, we encourage you to contact us. All other refund or return requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to approve or deny any request at our discretion.
